We are a small, yet very capable team of CAD technicians. All members of our team have long history working (mainly, but not only) for UK based engineering consultants and fabricators. Originally established in 2014, as a CAD branch of our closest partners SSA (Super Structures Associates Consulting Engineers, based in Twickenham, London). We have continuously worked with SSA (amongst others) and have increased our numbers and capacity beyond the needs of our closest partners. Therefore our services, so far exclusively available to only selected few, have now been extended to new clients.
We are equipped with all tools and software necessary to provide full scope of professional drafting service — Including A1 and A0 hardcopies of drawings.
Software efficiency is not all we bring to our service. Design engineers rely on CAD personnel to present certain amount of construction technique “know-how”, and we offer just that.
Nearly two decades experience (individually) in the field of construction design & fabrication has optimised our efficiency and perfected quality of our work to highest standards.
Our team combines experience gained working directly for steel, precast concrete & timber frame fabricators as well as engineering consultants. We support design teams bringing knowledge of building technology of most commonly used materials.
We have extensive experience in all aspects of engineering — from new build developments, through refurbishment projects & extensions, to enabling works etc.
Our portfolio ranges through all main sectors such as residential, commercial, education, leisure and healthcare. We have done some very small & very large projects in the past, and we certainly have the skills and capacity to cover for all CAD resource on your projects in the future — no matter what size projects they will be.
Our service is not only limited to engineering drawings (including reinforcement detailing), but if required also includes fabrication level details accompanied with bills of quantities and sequence assembly schematics for complicated elements. Photo-realistic visualisations may also be produced if required for presentation purposes.

ENABLING & TEMPORARY WORKS
Enabling works & temporary works drawings are essential part of structural construction design documentation that our team produces on regular basis.
RC DETAILING
RC detailing, is certainly one of the most demanding types of construction documentation. RC detailing is generally time consuming and requires precision far greater than that necessary to produce G.A’s or even construction details. In order to improve efficiency and minimize risk of potential errors, our team uses specialized software—CADS RC. Our reinforcement drawings are therefore accompanied with bending schedules – all in accordance with BS 8666-2005.
